Due to the nature of our limited drops and made-to-order operations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items received

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us at faurenzo.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing orders. Make sure to consult our size chart before purchasing.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a replacement.
