We ship worldwide using ChitChats, which partners with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, Asendia, APC, and others depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 2 to 8 business days

  • USA: 4 to 8 business days

  • International: 8 to 25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.
We have no control over these fees and cannot take responsibility for them.

Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as "delivered".
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
